Federally Mandated Sex Education

This was the third speech I gave in my public speaking class at CSU. The purpose of this speech was to persuade my audience that there is a problem with U.S policies on sex education and that the government should make it federally mandated that all high schools in the U.S teach comprehensive sex education. The speech clearly addresses the problem and lays a plan to create a solution. The solution in this speech is to create a policy.
